This is my first-ever blog tour! I’m super excited to bring MTMC tours over to my blog. Most of the time, I am only touring on my Instagram (Bookishqueenreads) so I love that I am getting to bring that over here. This is book 2 in a series so I would also recommend checking that out too! I will have the blurb for book 1 first as there are potential spoilers in the blurb for book 2!
There is also a giveaway for a paperback copy of this book at the end of this post and on my Instagram!

I wasn’t really sure what I was getting into when I bought this book because all I knew was that it was about vampires. I would say that isn’t the worst description of this book since that is what the plot revolves around.

Ok, this is book 8 in a series, so read this review at your own discretion.
This was not as good as the other books in the series for me. Maybe it’s because I waited so so long for it to come out but it just felt so boring. It was definitely way too long. I also read this book last year and forgot to post this review…whoops!

I read this book the day after it came out and I finished it the next day…it was that good! This is yet another dark romance interconnected series but this one is loosely based on fairytales. I would highly recommend checking out the content warnings for these before picking them up. This is book 4 in the Never After series.

I’ve always been a big fan of plants and I always love to pick up books where plants are one of the main focus points. This book had been on my tbr for wayyyy too long that I had to pick it up. I swear I finished this book in what felt like a day…I just didn’t want to put it down.

I had been waiting for this book since I finished book one, The Liar’s Crown, and the wait was so worth it!! I’m going to keep this review as spoiler free as possible but there may be minor things since it is the second book. This is yet another book that I was unable to put down and I read it in what felt like a day.

I was given an advanced reader copy (ARC) of this book by NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I haven’t read a historical romance in a while and honestly, this book was a nice break from the fantasy that I’ve been reading recently. This book was sent to me for review by Grand Central Publishing and all thoughts are my own. This book was exciting to read and I found myself looking forward to the moments that I could dedicate to reading.

So this is a series that I had been putting off for what seems like forever. Once I finally decided to download the first book for my flight, I was ready to see what it was all about. This series had been recommended to me over and over again and I knew it had to be something good. It was sold to me like a book version of Criminal Minds from the POV of an unsub. Needless to say, I was sold.

I want to start by saying I wish I had read this sooner. This is a book I debated buying for so long and even once I bought it, it sat on my unread shelf. This book was what I needed after graduating with my biology degree. I didn’t know that and it wasn’t intended to be that, yet it was. This is a romance in STEM and it’s everything I wanted.
Warning: I get a little sappy and go on a bit of a tangent about academics in this ‘review’
